Trick or Treat 2018 letter

Hello there, and thanks for taking the time to check out my letter! I'm riiiied on AO3, and if you're reading this letter I'm guessing you're interested in offering these fandoms/characters, which is awesome already! I'm pretty easy to please, and these prompts are just examples of what I'd like to see with this characters. If you have any other ideas with these characters that doesn't contradict DNWs, feel free to go for it!

General likes: character studies, missing scenes, characters getting to know each other, rivalry, relationships with mixed/fraught feelings, banter, post-canon, canon divergence, smut
General art likes: Either muted, limited palettes or very bright ones, fancy costumes (I'm not too knowledgeable about art terms, but I'm pretty easily pleased with art)

Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight

Character(s): Daiba Nana

-Episode 7 was a total game-changer and it made Nana a totally fascinating character for me. I'd love to see something that delves more into what goes in her head as she continues looping through the same year over and over - just what does it mean for her that the class' first staging of Starlight was still "too bright" for her even after all this time? How does she feel having to befriend everyone all over again? On the flipside, does anyone else ever notice her acting off?

-I do like Junna/Nana, and if you want to take on any of the above points in a shippier nature, you're more than welcome to do so! Has the nature of their relationship always been the same in every iteration? Has Nana ever deliberately changed how she interacted with Junna to get more out of their relationship in some iterations, or did she strive to keep everything the same to more closely replicate that first instance, even if deep down she wanted otherwise? Junna didn't seem too surprised about the reveal of what Nana has been doing - were there some things that clued her in?

-For art, I'd love to see Nana in all kinds of different stage costumes! The duel costume she has in-show complete with swords, the Starlight costumes, some cross-dressing more directly Takarazuka-inspired... Slice-of-life-style artwork would be great too!

Flying Witch

Character(s): Kuramoto Chinatsu, Kowata Makoto, Ishiwatari Nao

Canon-specific DNW: NSFW with Chinatsu

General prompts:
-I just totally love how the series blends the mundane and the fantastic, and would definitely love more of the like, perhaps with Makoto just going about her daily life with magic that is mundane to her but not to the non-witches, or deliberately teaching about/showing off magical things.

-More on witches and their familiars! How are familiars chosen? Have witches always understood what their familiars are saying from the beginning, or does it take practice? Any kind of art with the witches & non-witches alike playing/hanging out with familiars would be lovely too.

-For tricks, I'd be interested with something that shows the darker side of the magical world. For example, only family members are supposed to know about witches - what are the consequences otherwise? Or maybe what was supposed to be a innocuous magical demonstration goes horribly wrong. I'd rather it not go full grimdark, however.

Character-specific prompts:
-Makoto: How was her life back before she moved in with the Kuramotos, with a witch family? If she would need to go back, would she have a lot to re-adjust to? Also, we see her fail at spells a lot in the series, but I'd love to see more of her learning new spells.

-Chinatsu: Chinatsu's magical training! What would it look like if Chinatsu's training to be a witch started in all seriousness? How would it differ from someone who was a witch by lineage? If you take this to the long term, does she ever think about changing her mind as she grows?

-Nao: How does she deal with her knowledge of magic when she's with her other normal human friends - does she ever get twitchy wanting to tell them, or desperately trying to hide any smallest sign? If you don't mind Makoto/Nao, I'd also love to see her being half-weirded out, half amused/flattered at Makoto's witch-like attempts to court her (or even sex magic), whether successful or not.

Kindred Spirits on the Roof

Character(s): Nagatani Megumi, Enoki Sachi, Ano Fuji

General prompts:
-Halloween at a haunted school! How had the students of Shirojo traditionally celebrated the day? Is it something that Sachi and/or Megumi only learned of after their death? Have they ever tried to create some spooky happenings for the day?

-Were there ever other supernatural beings/happenings at Shirojo other than Sachi & Megumi haunting the place? What about other similar things occurring outside the school where the other students tend to hang out at?

Character-specific:
-Megumi & Sachi: (I'm grouping these two together not so much because I wouldn't want one without the other, though something with both of them together would definitely be great, but because I want similar stuff for them both) More on what their lives were before death! Or how they adjusted to living as a ghost. Just what kinds of happenings have they witnessed in the decades that they have haunted the school, and how different was it back then compared to after Yuna entered the picture?

-Ano: Would love to see more of her supernatural sensitivity - just how strong is it & what kinds of supernatural stuff had she encountered before? Exploring her nerdier side, like her Shiroket participation, could be fun too. As for ships, I like both Ano/Nena and Ano/Yuna - some friends-to-lovers stuff with the former would be fun, especially if it puts their shared nerdery front and centere, and for the latter, I'm interested in both "Yuna/Hina never happened" or post-breakup scenarios (please no Hina-bashing, though).
